Delivery & Returns

Delivery
Each print is produced to order, then signed, numbered and checked by hand before dispatch. Please allow 7–10 working days for delivery. All UK orders are sent free by tracked post. We currently ship within the UK only.

Damaged on arrival
Every print is carefully packaged, but if yours arrives damaged, please email betsy@betsybradford.art within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the print and packaging. I’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your print. Just email me to let me know, then return the print within 14 days of telling me, unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility, and I recommend a tracked service. Once the print arrives back safely, I’ll refund you in full within 14 days.
